Vincent Luna was our salesman and he was very good with us. We were looking for a GMC Acadia Denali trim or Denali Ultimate. We were happy to find the Denali Ultimate that we were looking for. Vincent thoroughly went over all details of the vehicle. He stayed late on a Friday night to help us in deciding and test driving. There is a ton of technology to review and Vincent showed all of it. I love the professional help from this dealership; I had some bad experiences with a Toyota Dealership in San Antonio that I decided to shop with Ancira GMC. This is my first GM vehicle, and I love best decision I made to purchase a GMC Canyon. Sara was the best even when I picked up my Canyon it was ready to go algo with all the paper prepared for a fast in and out of the dealership.
I have purchased at least 10 vehicles from Ancira and it gets easier every time I’m there. Ricky Vargas does an exceptional job in finding what I need and having everything ready when I arrive.
Ricardo was very helpful and fully explained what maintenance services I need beyond a oil change and rotation of tires. He noted that I needed a cooling system flush and change out the fluids in the radiator, engine and heater core. He was personable and professional in explaining the cost and payment process with the cashier.

Joe was excellent. He led me to the perfect vehicle and showed me all the features on the Canyon AT4. It took some time for me to get approval for the purchase and more time to get the paper work straight and the funds sent but he helped expedite it. Sara did an excellent job. We drove in from Houston and didn't have a lot of time before having to drive back and she made sure everything was taken care of prior to us arriving. We were in and out in no time. We enjoyed working with her.
What a pleasant experience. Sara was as good a salesperson as I ever dealt with, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She knew the pickup inside and out made sure I was comfortable with it before I drove off the lot. Shaun, in service, made sure I knew all I needed to about diesels, since I hadn’t driven one in quite some time. And Corbin did not try to up sell me at closing, very refreshing. Ancira gets a 5 star rating simply because of Nate Terry and Corbin!! Nate’s kindness, attentiveness and knowledge of the vehicle made me feel at ease with buying a new SUV. We purchased our vehicle from FL as many FL dealerships did not have the specific vehicle in stock that we wanted. Joe went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was in fact available and walked us through every step from signing to transport of the vehicle to FL. Although GMC evidently has a real winner with the Terrain it is not easy to come by. After alot of research I made up my mind and made contact with Ancira GMC to purchase one. Dallas was extremely pleasant to deal with and he kept me informed since I had to wait for an order he expected in the first part of August. Once it arrived he did a great job throughout the dealer visit, and I certainly walked away a very, very satisfied customer.

The dealership staff was amazing! They were very friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good experience. Dallas was amazing to work with, he was quick to get back to me either by email or phone. He worked well with my hours and was very polite.
Our battery went bad while in town shopping we drove to the dealership and was immediately greeted and waited on. The wait time was short and they also serviced our car while it was there. Shaun Adams was very nice, friendly and helpful, we will definetly be taking our car back when needed. Service Department was exceptional!

Service was good, salesperson was friendly and very responsive. We did most of the communicating via e-mail and phone since I live out of the country, and the response time was great. The service department is friendly as well and prices are excellent.
